Alexandra – Love this organization! The women’s self-defense classes are informative and fun. I have learned so much with these classes and They have increased my confidence level. Ray is a great instructor and breaks things down so everyone of any shape and size or physical ability can learn and participate. My Girl Scout troop had Ray speak at a meeting. The girls learned so much and had fun doing it. They got to practice the technique and felt more empowered by the end of it! The children’s seminars are also available and great for all types of topics! Strangers and bullying are real issues that are scary and Ray helps enforce that the kids don’t have to have to be victims and that they can be heroes too!
