I attended one of Ray’s seminars with my daughter. The self-defense class was invaluable. Taking the time to invest in ourselves and our children’s safety was informative, interactive, and fun. Being more aware of our surroundings and learning how to not give power to criminals was eye-opening. I will definitely be taking more classes with Ray to keep my skills fresh and to learn new tools.
