Hello and thank you! Well, it started at the age of 44 in St.Louis, where I owned a pet grooming salon. There were many nights that I would be there by myself and decided it would be a good idea to learn some self defense.  I took a 3 hour seminar  from Mr. Ray Amanat( and loved it!!!), which turned into 23+ years of martial arts training!!  MORE
